Was in charge of a workshop of 5 technicians and 3 stores people who supplied Aftersales back up for Toro and Club Car in Qatar. Organised the day to day running of the workshop dealing with customers request for help with breakdowns and carrying out service contracts. Dealt with Club Car and Toro for all of the warranty claims making sure the relevant reports and claims were submitted. Helped train customers on the correct way to use and maintain there machinery when delivered. Assist stores with any parts requests to make sure the customer got the correct parts delivered on time

My job was to run the day to day maintenance at the 45 hole golf complex of all the machinery and golf carts. This included organising the service schedules and making sure we had enough stock of fast moving parts to cover the machines and the carts. I also looked after the machines at 2 other courses in the group. One in Lichfield and the other in Macclesfield and had to organise and deliver machines that the 3 courses shared at certain times of the year when renovation was taking place and bringing machines down to the Warwickshire that required major repairs or overhauls.Had to liase with the golf operations department to make sure there was enough carts available on corporate days and deal with any pending issues with the carts.
