My responsibilities included receiving, in-process, and final QA inspections for installation of law enforcement and automotive aftermarket equipment. I was responsible for ensuring all manufacture and safety techniques were adhered to during the building process to make sure they met company requirements. My duties included measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests and identifying defects.

I was responsible for utilizing software to create complex work instructions for vehicle up-fit installation. I used Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and several other suite products to compile data. I worked on requirements like content strategy or scoping out new products to ensure all necessary information has been included for the automotive technicians were able to understand what they're reading quickly.

I recruited qualified healthcare professionals for various positions located throughout the San Antonio area. as well as contracted/travel positions with joint partnership with the US Immigration and Custom Enforcement agency.
