Working in passive and active fiber optics lab. Responsible for overseeing production flow and quality of products for Mid Board Optical Modules in Active Optics Lab. Duties include but are not limited to:Analyze data and work with team to improve standard to exceed the customer’s requests. Implement new changes, monitor, and graph data to examine and find ways to improve test results. Receive products and perform quality inspection to ensure only the best parts get tested, work with other engineers to find best solutions to testing and settings problems to get the best yield and test results, participate in daily meetings to discuss production and goals for the day, test modules to ensure pass rigorous test for 25GB per channel, program modules to specific parameters and settingsIn active lab working with 16 channel mid-board optical modules. Receive modules and inspect them under a microscope to ensure quality before sending them to pre-screening. I would then pre-screen the module to verify if the part is good or bad and then send to test. Test the module by loading firmware onto module and setting specific parameters needed to properly test. After tested modules pass test they need to be programmed and have their input and output parameters properly configured. After configured the module would then be labeled and prepped for shipping. Then ship out modules to customer. Clothing Resale Responsible for managing process of receiving wholesale clothing merchandise, inventorying, list for sale, ship out sold items and customer service. Duties include but are not limited to:• Work independently to ensure prompt delivery of purchased merchandise.• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service for any and all issues.• Establish new business relationships with suppliers and develop a wide customer base.• Sold clothing online, built website, managed incoming sales and orders.• Successful implementation of new inventory management software and use of custom built software for our specific need to list items online.• Order new products and supplies.• Receive new products, inventory and categorize accordingly, create unique listing, barcode, take pictures of clothing/ accessories, manage sold items, pull, pack, and ship items out.• Handle customer returns and exchanges.• Manage financial aspects of company using spread sheets.

Information Technology/ Computer Systems, Specialized Relocation Responsible for disconnecting, relocating, and connecting servers, switches, routers, and server racks. Working with all different types of data storage and being a project manager.• Have access granted to enter high security data centers to perform work on server racks. Worked with JPMC, AT&T, Verizon, FBI, TeraMark, Google, US Army, ISM Health, Accolade and many others.• Troubleshooting and critical thinking in many different data centers and applications.• Responsible for leading groups to ensure any and all critical data equipment is carefully handled, removed, and reinstalled.• Work directly with client and or customer to ensure all precautions are observed, perform tasks directly associated to their specific requests.• Trained to observe any and all obstacles that might come up and come to a quick resolution to ensure job is performed in a timely manner.• Make sure all information is properly backed-up before the power down of any units is performed.• Carefully disconnect fiber optic, coaxial, network, and power cables from main servers, secondary servers, routers, and switches.• Remove contents of server rack and all necessary cables and hardware that go with the servers, routers, and switches.• Relocate server, rack and or some of its contents to new location and reconnect all hardware and wires to proper location and perform test to make sure they are online and functioning properly.• Disassembly of modular library systems, carefully remove drive disks, and robotic arms, cables, and panels, repacking, and shipping out. Reassemble at new destination• Work directly with the customer to set up jobs, obtain work orders, purchase orders, and deal with problems the customer might have.• Use good judgment and management skills to speak with customers.
