- Assist in managing the Echosign Support team- Assist Manager in creating and implementing support tools, and policies and procedures- Implementation of a new ticketing solution, Zendesk, from start to finish. - Leverage strong relationship with engineering in order to get the Engineering work for Zendesk implementation done in quick order with a minimum of resources. - Create automation and autoresponse rules within the zendesk platform- Create common responses for Common Questions- Create Knowledge base articles for common issues/complex issues.
