Served as a forward Signal Sergeant for a Battalion PSD (personal security detail) platoon responsible for signal training, mentoring, and professional development with over 32 soldiers; evaluate, install, manage, and maintain all of the Battalion Command Group vehicles including four M1151 HMMWVs, four MaxxPro MRAPS, dismounted communication, and tracking equipment.

Served as a Company Signal Sergeant for a Rifle Company in 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 5th BCT Army Evaluation Task Force (AETF), 1st Armored Division; for FCS (Future Combat Systems) communications equipment. Digital Master Trainer for certifying personnel in all phases of Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) implementation, maintenance, and use. Effectively trained Soldiers on the new and unfamiliar equipment to successfully operate as a company in the digital battlespace. Constantly formulated innovative solutions to communication problems on new equipment.
