As a Client Service Associate and a Registered Representative with IIROC (CSC, CPH, Investment Advisors Training Program), I worked with Financial Planners and our back-office partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management services to TD Wealth clients, helping them meet their short and long-term financial goals. More specifically, I would process contributions, submit withdrawal requests, facilitate transfers, and place trades. I would also contact clients to schedule their annual reviews, and help ensure client information was updated and their portfolios were adjusted as necessary.
