My role has been to lead the Digital Workplace Technology team in providing outstanding IT services and solutions with a focus on delivering on strategic priorities, operations, incidents, security and risk management.Partnering with Bankwest and Group entities, I am heavily engaged in formulating Technology roadmaps that deliver strategic advantage and oversee execution of the project portfolio. I am fortunate that I have been able to attract and retain highly motivated team members. I lead and cultivated my team’s “one team” attitude and dogged determination to understand and resolve all presented issues to deliver a range of BWA projects and initiatives. These include:• Successfully delivered a new technology stack for the bank’s new head office enabling Activity Based Working (ABW). In this program of works, I was:- Responsible for all technology choices, including Laptops, Tablets, Screens and docking stations.- Heavily involved in pricing negotiations for hardware.- Tasked with delivering SOE, build, configuration and post set-up processes, which I delivered at a fraction of the cost of other ABW projects. The build made use of Zero touch automation, 802.1x security, and wireless technologies.- In charge of delivering a scalable highly redundant Virtual Desktop Solution for 500 high end workloads with an expandable capacity of 5000- Responsible for overseeing the In-house development of “Colleague Locator, a tool for tracking empty desks and enabling automatic login to Cisco IP phones.• Heavy involvement in flagship store technology decision points and choices, as well its implementation• Management and maintenance of 7000+ desktop and laptops dispersed across Australia.• Management of hardware and software vendors.• Delivery of “SOE Build Engine” to enable rapid turnaround of builds within the SOE framework and completely modularising the SOE including operating system• Delivery of a Management toolset for support staff, enabling rapid resolution of issues for colleagues• Migration from Office 2003 to Office 2010, upgrading over 7000 PCs• IE8 upgrade and virtualisation of IE6 and IE7 on over 7000 PCs• Development of Windows 7 SOE

• Establishment of PC Engineering.• Creation of standards and procedures for supporting the environment as they were out of date.• Development of process for maintaining the environment.• Management and maintenance of 6500+ desktop and laptops distributed across Australia.• Management of hardware and software vendors.• Reduced and clean-up hardware catalogue significantly simplifying management.• Build and supply of IT equipment for 1 to 2 stores per week for the Bankwest East Coast expansion project. • Implementation of endpoint encryption software automatically with no downtime to the business.• Complete redevelopment of the Bankwest SOE builds to remove existing issues in most builds and streamline the process.• Implementation of packaging infrastructure DML as well as standards, procedures and QA.

MOE Specialist. Microsoft Desktop Deployment Planning Services Specialist (DDPS). Design and implementation of MOE/SOE and system management tools including,Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2008, Microsoft SMS, Altiris Total Management Suit and ManageSoft.Clients included State Government Departments as well as large multinational corporations.

Responsibilities included, • Support and management of the existing Windows 2000 desktop and Windows 2000 Server SOE. • Replacement of the exiting SOE management toolset RDMC and the selection and implementation of Altiris Total Managment Suit.• Implementation of Altiris Helpdesk software and Asset/Inventory/License Management.• Management and development of tools for Citrix Metaframe XP.• Development and deployment of Windows XP SP2 SOE• Development of Windows Server 2003 SOE
