Worked to gain personal knowledge of new and existing clients personalities and business requirements to provide a pleasant experience with the company’s online marketing products. Created online marketing campaigns for small to medium businesses that fit within in their needs and budget. Work to resolve and troubleshoot problems quickly. Work alongside team members to create and maintain a business plan in order to consistently maximize sales, while cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.

Concrete Construction: Responsible for reviewing utility locations, soil type, and topographic landscape prior to and during excavations. Operated and maintained heavy equipment. Worked alongside team members and subcontractors to repair and maintain existing bridges & pathways alongside new residential development throughout the City of Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. Worked on construction of new residential and commercial projects, including: footing layout, setting and pouring concrete slabs, walls, paths, and operating heavy equipment and trucks. Maintained layouts and level equipment related to preliminary surveys, control and ground surveys, and construction staking for various projects. Reviewed drawings for accuracy prior to starting work. Worked with field crews to implement RFI’s and efficiently maintain the schedule. Built relationships with foreman and other supervision on the jobsite. Never afraid to ask questions. Always looking to learn.
