I am very pleased to be managing an experienced team of HOD’s, as well as working for an organisation committed to re-investing into this fantastic large community facility.Increasing the Customer experience, services and events on our open 50 acre park will be a fundamental part of the role.Team empowerment, motivation and ownership is also a driving force in my new role.Managing KPI’s, managing change and researching new opportunities for the centre - offering a variety and great satisfaction to our customers and stakeholders.
