I provided professional quality videos, a/v support and audio editing at reasonable rates focusing on small businesses.I was a one stop shop for several years providing complete identity packages at first and expanded to recording video interviews and recordings of shows for local indie bands in San Diego.Always professional and working in an expedient manner, 1031 provided quick turn arounds and met client needs. One such example was the production of two 30 second PSA's for Veteran's Green Projects Initiative (VGPI) in less than 48 hours of receiving the project. These PSA's were sent to Grazie Media as part of the on field media for the Brickyard 400. Working with a member of VGPI's team, I shot, edited and produced the project and received high comments on the videos and their production quality.During San Diego Comic Con 2014, I partnered with The Noel Studios to produce celebrity interviews ranging from Jason David Frank of the Power Rangers TV series to Claire Kramer of Bring It On. These interviews were part of a series in conjunction with teenagemutantninjaturtles.com celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Ninja Turtles comics and their history in pop culture.We also partnered with the Christian Comic Arts Society to document and produce their 2014 panel. And I have continued to partner with The Noel Studios (GeeRockTV.com and FaithHollywood.co) and its affiliates as a production consultant on several projects including the fan made Supergirl mini-series "Girl Unburdened". See my IMDB.com link below to see more.I also partnered with a couple of local bands, Winterhawk and Estrogenius, to record and produce shows for online presence. This included tweaking the recorded audio, both from mic and mixer, to create great videos that both sounded and looked good. I would also provide my skills as a sound engineer for Winterhawks at local coffee shops and other similar venues where no in house sound engineer was available.

I give oversight to the production, insertion and scheduling of all in house produced promos; as well as, maintaining the music libraries for the KTLF Radio Family (KTLF Light Praise, The Legacy and KTPL Power for Word Radio).I've grown in my knowledge and proficiency of ENCO DAD and Music Master all the while working with the engineer to streamline and make the daily operation processes much more smooth and efficient.Shortly after I transitioned to the Radio Operation Manager, I developed a Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) manual for training purposes and as a resource to allow co-workers to substitute in case by case situations. I also have used this SOP manual in training my backup.

I came in right before the Spring sharathon event and hit the ground running. The station had a major donor event that required a review video to be produced. On top of learning a new job and getting up to speed on the daily requirements, as the promotions coordinator, I produced the five minute review video and had it ready in time for the donor event.My position also took on more production/operations tasks as my experience and passion for sound engineering was a desired asset upon my hiring. My experience in live sound engineering would pay dividends during our four day live sharathon event shortly after I was hired, and during future live events.

I worked as a member in house a/v vendor for the Vail Cascade and Resort in Vail, Colorado. We supported the resorts a/v needs and requirements as well as providing excellent service to their guests.I would both set and strike rooms for meetings, small gatherings, major events, and conferences. We would also provide the technical support as in room technicians and troubleshoot our client needs as they came up. Service was key, and doing so in an expedient manner was very high on my priority list. Working with both speed and excellence was one of my top priorities, and it showed. My quickness in providing solutions to questions brought to me by our clients was recognized and appreciated.I would also assist several other PSAV locations in the Vail Valley area, and beyond. I would provide extra man power to help with all areas of our duties. Ranging from set up and tear down to manning a set. The highlight of this would be when I went to Albuquerque, NM to assist another region in PSAV with a major event at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The team and I that went down received great praise from the regional manager who had oversight of the event.

I created a reliable media team over the course of the two years I was here. Working with the Worship Pastor and Senior Pastor, I created a culture for reliability and integrity. Working to rebuild a trust in the Media Department through dependability and being servant hearted, I served my team and the people of Community Bible Church, a church ranging from 300-500 people.Working with the media team, I facilitated the weekly production of the main services and trained team members to care for the technical needs of the ministries of the entire church. Both training and growing in my own technical skills, we created a close nit team that worked well with one another and served the church with excellence. I would also volunteer as the Media Director for my final year.My biggest event success was the facilitating a tech conference for local church a/v and media techs with the AVDB Group. Working with our representative, I made sure that all the vendors and events ran smoothly providing tech support and monitoring the two day event of about 75-100 people.

This was a volunteer position at a small church, about 30-75 people, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, where I partnered with the new senior pastor to create a new image for the church. I helped to create: -short video and trailer production -the marketing campaigns for main church and youth group -a brand new identity packets, and other promotional materials.I also worked heavily with the worship leader and a member of the media team to revamp and build the media ministry adding a greater technical presence by adding TV's to the sanctuary for sermon notes and announcement slides. I also worked closely with the praise team to create a smooth transition from choir led services to more contemporary/blended service led by a praise team.
