Working in conjunction with Recovery Centers of America, LLC (as RCA Reference Laboratory), I manage the GENETWORx molecular division of a high complexity laboratory testing space for personalized health care in areas of women's health, infectious disease detection, wound care, and full-spectrum pharmacogenetics testing. My job is the administration and management of the lab, implementing the laboratory accreditation and regulatory requirements, patient test management, directing personnel, laboratory safety and quality assurance and quality control compliance.

Orthopedic research, external funding and student mentoring at the graduate and/or undergraduate levels. Taught biochemistry, nutrition, and many special topics for the medical, dental and pharmacy professional degree students. Established an independent and collaborative research program in areas of osteolysis, bone engineering, and bioactive steroids.
