· Ensures the quality management system (QMS) is implemented and maintains compliance with regulations and operating procedures for NAGL MedTech and incubated client companies.· Establishes improvements to procedures and creates processes that are integrated into the QMS supporting company milestone activities.· Performs supplier onboarding, ratings, and maintenance of supplier documents within the QMS.· Works with the Quality Assurance Engineering group and Facilities department to ensure execution of the quality system including recommendations for process improvements.· Performs Audit Management for FDA Inspections, ISO 13485 Certification Audits, and Internal Audits supporting NAGL MedTech and incubated client companies including scheduling, organizing, and hosting of audit, processing of auditor requests and SME preparations.· Communicates audit reports and observations to company Management Representative to plan the implementation of any corrective actions needed.· Metrics quarterly quality objectives.· Produces and presents annual Management Review to company executives.· Performs CAPA Administration including management of CAPA metrics, reporting, tracking and escalations.· Creates and executes CAPA plans and activities to completion with focus and intent for improved timeliness.· Conducts investigations, root cause analyses, and implements corrective actions to address compliance issues.· Supports company catalog service creations and creations of Statements of Work for clients.· Drives innovation within the company business systems working with project managers and executives.· Mentors and trains others in understanding Quality Management System requirements and software systems.· Lead the implementation of EU MDR regulations into standard operating procedures.
