This helped make data-driven decisions, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.o Developed tool that allowed users to look up a client and view 10 years of data, compare with their peers, and other insights. Presented demonstration of the tool to 650 colleagues on a campaign kick-off call.o Built and implemented an onboarding process and relevant resources to onboard all new employees and transfers which resulted in a $6M+ increased in productivity after implementation.o Built and implemented a talent development process for all practice people managers which aided in seamlessly shifting from 20 people managers to 40 within 1 year.o Developed and launched an internal training initiative for all new hires and transfers across all organizational levels which allowed training on business processes and solution content and staffing for more diverse projects.
