- Expanded knowledge on document creation and storage through multiple projects on high stake’s deliverables. Created documentation for use of internal team. Created storage location, processes and procedures to enable success.- Successfully initiated, planned, and executed project organizing a conference for the 60+ member TIP organization. - Planned, Organized and Lead data transmittal project for the successful completion of a multi-million dollar capital project.- Created distribution lists for all pillars of the TIP organization, allowing for streamline communication and greater awareness & visibility throughout the team.- Conducted extensive interviews with new additions to the team (hired in 2023 & 2024), utilizing Psychology minor. Developed a solution oriented action plan to better the onboarding experience within the team. - Enhanced public speaking skills through preparation and execution of final presentation to peers and executives.- Completed 75 training hours on Boost, Saint-Gobain’s internal educational site. Achieved Saint-Gobain University Climate School Gold, Silver, and Bronze Certificate’s, covering range of topics related to sustainability.
