During the second half of my program I get to move around different wider areas of the business such as transport and warehouse to get a wider understanding of how the business operates and complete management projects working closely with area managers and directors in the company to learn from and gain more vital skills and experience. Specsavers Warrington is an Opticians that provide eye and hear care to the people of Warrington and the surrounding areas.• I was heavily involved in the production process and repair of all glasses made in the store.• Responsible for ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time and that any delays are acknowledged, and the customers are notified.• Complete simple tasks that effectively allow the business to operate effectively such as quality monitoring.

During this 2-month Summer Internship I worked as part of the Merchandise team at the Contemporary Resort Hotel, where I was able to observe and participate in many of the key areas regarding all merchandise sold at the resort. Working for a global, industry leading company like Disney allowed me to work in conditions with high standards of efficiency and performance which I can transfer to my future employment.
