About Matthew Birchall

My mission is to bring much-needed positive disruption to the stadium and arena development industry so as deliver client’s visions leaner, quicker, and with lower risk.Venue developments are fraught with risks that are well known to all who work on them: all too often they are late, over-budget, and very painful, with many projects even stalling well before there’s a spade in the ground.There has to be a better way. And after 20 years delivering stadia and arenas all over the world as an engineer and consultant - and now as an independent advisor direct to clients - I believe I may have found it.
