* June 2016 - Feb 2017 - Worked as a superintendent cross shift and project coordinator on the Brucejack Mine Substation project. Spent most of my time on site coordinating sub trades and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.* March 2017 - June 2017 - Worked as an assistant project manager on the South Okanagan Immigrant and Community Services new commercial build in Penticton. * June 2017 - January 2018 - Worked primarily as an estimator. Estimated various jobs from condos in Kelowna, prison mechanical upgrades in Kent Institution to a new community Center in Tsiigehtchic NWT and everything in between. Also spent about 40% of my time coordinating various engineers/architects and a owners group on the design of two different condo projects in Penticton BC. January 2018 - Present - Took a lead roll at managing the completion of the design of the two condo projects noted above. I am currently project managing the Ellis One Condos which is a 48 unit, 6 storey condo in Penticton.

* Performed structural inspections on site and coordinated with various trades to ensure our deadlines were being met and all structural components were in compliance with code and the intended design* Completed numerous slab flatness tests after the pours to ensure the slabs were within contract specifications* Lead the QIR process for structural issues occurring during my work term* Assisted with creating various RFI documents and ensuring they are responded to in a timely matter as to mitigate potential delays* Detailed the slab and pool construction sequence drawings as per drawings and specifications and while taking into account the superintendents direction* Coordinated geotechnical inspections with the consultant to ensure all banks were structurally sound and the ground we were going to build on meets specification well before the pour dates

• Drafted and assisted with the design of various bridges, roads, residential developments, and retaining walls of various sizes• Surveyed various forestry bridges and roads, plus many municipal and residential developments using a Total Station or an RTK unit• Maintained company surveying equipment, vehicles and hand tools • Prepared various project bidding documents and record drawings• Performed permeability tests and helped design new rural residential sewerage systems
