Total Program Management (TPM) is a Managing General Agent. Who's focus is Workers' Compensation Insurance for the Health Care Industry. We primarily write Nursing Homes & Home Health Care classes of business, but we have the ability to write all areas of the healthcare industry. We primarily write in the New York, but have the opportunity to write accounts nationwide. TPM acts as the risk manager between our insured's and the insurance carrier. We utilize retail agents to access these type's of accounts, my job is to build those relationships with new retail agents and help to maintain strong relationships with our current agents. I was the assistant underwriter for the work comp division for QBE. I worked directly with the senior vice president of work comp.I worked for Clarendon National Insurance Co. Which became Praetorian Ins. Group which was then sold to QBE.
