About Matthew Bollom
I define and manage the test software strategy for NI's Portfolio Business Unit by working to understand customer needs, market evolutions, and to build business cases to ensure customer success and my business continues to grow. I lead cross-functional teams spanning from sales, support, marketing, operations, finance, digital, and product to understand the capabilities and investments required to execute and get buy-in for my strategy in pursuit of financial targets that I own on behalf of the business unit.
