A role which is primarily responsible for standardising current business processes, and developing and collaboratively implementing improvements to reduce costs and improve the performance, efficiency and quality of service to PCCU members.Also responsible for leading and building awareness, knowledge and capability across the business around effective process improvement and a business leader on Group wide programs, projects and key strategic activities.
