I have over two decades of experience in diverse customer facing roles, several of which were spent growing my own immigration services start-up in South Africa which I successfully exited at the end of 2016, the turnover of which exceeded some of the largest practices in the same vertical. I believe this was because of one thing: I make it my personal responsibility to ensure clients come away from every interaction with the businesses I work for feeling valued. I am passionate about the systems, process and people that support growing a high turnover operation, and have extensive experience both ‘on the tools’ and leading small teams. What really excites me is client relationship management; the strategic growth of customer accounts and improving team morale. I’m happiest when I’m driving customer success to create advocates; and when I’m ensuring the team who engages customers is happy. I always go the extra mile, and I always make it my business to understand the details.
