- daily communication with English speaking clients throughout the world- taking care of all needs and requirements of the customer- administration of customer accounts (maintain client files, receive and process media and artwork, process customer complaints, check sales invoices, issue credit/debit notes)- order processing and follow-up- cooperation within the team and other internal departments- claim handling, first point of escalation for client- databases maintenance (SOPs, backup info) + reporting for the Team Leader
