I am an experienced Information Technology Lead with a strong background in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in a number of IT digital transformation projects aimed at optimising the end-user experience for internal staff.Presently, I lead a team of senior developers who have a deep specialization in a number of current and leading technologies, where we link unique systems together with APIs, ML and AI to deliver measurable business process improvement through automation. My current role is to provide thought and team leadership that delivers significant business process improvement that is aligned with the end-user experience and NPS.My earlier background includes working within a large IT environment, where I gained valuable experience delivering technical support, as well as lead technical support. I later gained further experience as an IT Delivery Specialist where I led within a leadership team to successfully deliver multiple out-tasking, and outsourcing programs of work. With my Bachelor of Business in Information Technology and Management from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), I consider myself a strong program and project management professional. Outside of my primary career path, I also have experience as a monitors/FOH audio engineer.
