Very approachable and always wanting to improve in all walks of life.Love the idea of working in sports management and representing players from under represented countries such as Northern Ireland where it's difficult for young players to make a professional career especially with the local top tier being only semi professional. Huge desire to motivate talented players in the art of achieving goals.I thrive on responsibility and being able to lead others. Having studied at the University of Ulster Jordanstown I gained lots of independence with regards to working alone and in a team aspect. Presentations allowed me to become a more confident speaker, something that I use day and daily. Another characteristic developed by attending the University of Ulster was to always become detached from every situation and never let personal opinion cloud judgement. This has been very important as I have had to interview coaches during my time in which I had to base their performance as a coach and not let my personal opinion about their personality cloud my judgment. Using these presentation skills have helped me through out my five year coaching path in which I volunteered at a local club and then working in the primary school sector.
