Customer service expert with over 7 years total experience within a multitude of customer facing roles as well as office based roles. 3 and a half of those years within a contact centre environment in both the premium manufacturing industry as well as the telecommunication industry. Whilst working in the telecommunication industry I have progressed twice into my current role that is a hybrid between managing and coaching a team of data analysts as well refining and improving processes and systems within the business.I also have throughout my experience, developed strong skills in field support where I am still entrusted to train members of staff in the business about it and produced training material. I was also able to display administrative and coordination skills throughout my experience ensuring both client and contractors were informed about any jobs that needed executing. I am also proficient with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel which I use on a daily basis in my current role.During Covid, I had an extended time unemployed during the pandemic where I dabbled in content creation and managed my own social media as well as a small organisation's content. This helped me with public speaking and speaking in front of a camera.
