We maintain a high level of quality with checks coming bi-hourly, hourly and 4 hourly that are timed to ensure checks are complete to keep our products safe and notice any issues as soon as possible. There's also a high level of awareness kept on site for Health and safety with a large emphasis on near misses and spread of information about any accidents or incidents on site. Show less

•In my first few years I was trained and operated in the checkout department during this time I was trained on all the different jobs that it had to offer which included opening and closing the shop, dealing with money at the end and beginning of the day and coordinating and organizing colleagues to ensure the whole department ran efficiently and effectively. This also instilled a keen sense of teamwork as it was required in working and overseeing such a large department.• I progressed on and was trained on the counters department where I was then put on a Team leader training program I was then assigned further responsibilities such as checking departments for health and safety, ordering supplies for store and dealing with waste in stock and profit. This caused me grow stronger problem-solving skills and made me better at working independently as the department was quite small Show less
