I am a versatile Executive Director, skilled and experienced at leading and managing in complex UK and international businesses and have highly developed relationship skills. Initially starting my career within management operations, I have a keen understanding of business requirements and an excellent track record for delivering projects and initiatives focussed on capability, performance and operating profit; whilst still placing people at the heart of what I do.Having developed my career to move into people and HR focussed roles, my commercial awareness and understanding of operational challenges has enabled me to translate high level strategic thinking into meaningful delivery at all levels; supporting and engaging people to deliver tangible solutions and results. This has led to the Board of Trustees asking me to step up to Chief Executive Officer whilst maintaining my substantive role as Executive Director for People & Culture in 2022, before moving into a new role as Chief Operating Officer.I thrive in situations where there is a degree of ambiguity and have an agile mindset, being able to create clarity of direction supported by flexible solutions that can be rapidly adapted to meet changing or emerging needs. As a director with an operational background, I gain commitment and engagement from colleagues across the business; leading, influencing and coaching to shape strategy with key stakeholders. I build strong, enduring relationships with colleagues, customers and all stakeholders alike, which drives my success in delivering organisational results, people strategy and cultural transformation.
