I am a young sales professional with 6+ years of sales experience, currently working in B2B sales at Jamf. In 2022, my first year selling SaaS, I achieved 130% to quota as a sales development representative.Prior to Jamf, I worked at Lululemon where I was recognized nationally for my skills on the sales floor as a top performing individual at one of the 50 top stores. This lead the corporate training team to shadow me and interview me as part of an effort to overhaul the company’s training and education curriculum, which would later be implemented nationally to standardize the skills taught to sales associates.In 2019, Lululemon opened their largest store in the company at the Mall of America to replace the store Id been working at, which would set out to revolutionize the in-person shopping experience by including a workout studio, coffee shop and locker rooms. On a team of 180 people, I was one of five non-manager level employees asked to join the corporate store opening merchandise team, where I worked alongside corporate level directors and strategists from Vancouver.As the world reopened in mid 2020, I left the giant store at Mall of America behind me to join a small team of people to help open a new Lululemon pop-up in Wayzata MN. Spending just over a year at this store, I built upon my leadership skills and took on more responsibility in a Key leader role. This experience helped me gain more of an understanding for the daily operations and decisions that create a successful business- without compromising experience of the guests or employees and team members.
