Experience with boring samples and logs and the accompanying paperwork. Install and retrieve TO-15 air sampling canisters. Created forms in Word and Adobe Acrobat for company use. Make maps with AutoCad 2008. Assist in Phase 1 reports. Monitoring well sampling. Reasearching and writing Phase 1 Reports including making maps.

Produce top-quality, user-friendly logs and reports disseminated on a regular schedule to the customer to relate information on samples collected during oil and gas drilling operations and to assist in training new loggers on proper collection, analysis, identification, and recording of samples, as well as equipment, setup, maintenance, and care during use.

I collected, cleaned, and identified fossils. Set up base camp. Instructed other students. Planned one trip to Ghost Ranch, NM. Spent 2 weeks making a geologic map of the area both bedrock and unconsolidated sediments. Instructed other students on proper collecting. Wrote grant proposal, including budgets and submitted in a timely fashion.

Ran a sign up sheet and checked students in to various events. Kept track of attendance. Noted anyone who left early. Turned in report to supervisor next day.
