His experience includes all aspects of land surveying, including: horizontal & vertical control, boundary, topographic and utility surveys; surveys to mark; wall checks; GPS field collection and office processing; preparation of subdivision and condominium plats; preparation of District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) easements; processing topographic surveys and computing cut/fill earthwork and pond volumes, storm drain designs; and, proficiency in Civil 3D Land Development DeskTop 2009 and StarNet.
