-Leads the university's undergraduate enrollment team of Admissions Counselors and student workers by setting and achieving goals across the entire admissions funnel.-Directs brand messaging through public speaking, social media curation, marketing edits, and team training.-Spearheads and executes recruitment strategies based on the analysis of enrollment trends of Generation Z students and their families.-Cultivates enrollment opportunities by developing strategic partnerships with schools, access programs, and community colleges which will impact the admissions funnel.

Elected as MVNU's Vice President of Christian Life and served on the executive committee of Student Government Association for the 2012-13 academic year.

Worked with the youth group during each of my academic years at MVNU. Served as interim Youth Pastor during the summer of 2012.
