Self-titled (non-HR sanctioned) Chief Impact Officer. Everything I do is driven by my passion to have a meaningful impact, to be client-centric, to solve problems and to leave clients in a far more empowered and successful state than when I arrived. People are at the core of my focus. It’s in my DNA and on my wall (*see certificate proclaiming I’m a Registered Psychologist).Outside of surpassing client expectations and exceeding Hudson’s goals, I advocate for Mental Health Awareness (and admittedly always working on my own), First Nations rights, and sustainability in everything we do (viable future for our kids anyone?). Turns out I am a hardcore strategy & analytics nerd. My approach is powered by a desire to be better than yesterday, using deep analytics, data-driven insights, dad jokes and sports quotes. I’ve always been a rubbish ‘Manager’, I prefer progression over maintenance, and with my background in sport (Rugby, Gridiron, CrossFit and multiple Premiership wins as a Rugby 7’s Coach) I prefer to nurture a winning mindset and occasionally blowout colleague’s/client’s ACLs on walking meetings.My favourite career moments so far have included: APAC HR Innovation Slingshot Finalist for innovation, Australian Fin Review Emerging Leader Semi Finalist, Hudson Annual Star Award Winner (best all-round people/business/culture/performance leader), making people laugh, and making clients cry (happy tears!).
