My role in the Brisbane Psychometric Assessment Team was a primary support role to both the recruitment and consulting faculties of the company. I was recently involved in a consultancy project in partnership with QUT, in which I organised a consultancy team with the purpose of assisting an international Engineering and Procurement organisation's headquarters in Brisbane. The project involved indepth analysis and subsequent recommendations of the company's HR processes on an Organisational, Group, Individual and Human Output level. A detailed report and presentation were made to the organsiations key stakeholders, which resulted in internal HR initiatives, and personal commendation from the company's HR division.

Initially started in Accounts, moving into Sales Assistant position and eventually into a National Sales role. Involved client management, import/export, accounts (reconciliation), purchasing, developing and maintaining international supplier relations.
