In less than a year and a half I have progressed into the position of Enhancement Manager. This position allows for a more diversified background, where in my core responsibility is to oversee, develop, and grow our enhancement/construction division. As an enhancement manager I manage 3.8 million dollar portfolio. I coach & develop teams & critical team members. I also manage all landscape enhancement services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work. Form & coordinate a specific action plan through site inspection & preparation prior to scheduled services. Implement & enforce company policies & procedures related to proper upkeep & maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment. Request purchase orders, order materials as needed, & monitor associated costs & deliveries. Assist Branch Manager in the performance of enhancement sales tasks as required. Work with Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules. Most importantly, focus on safety & monitor safety records.

As a young account manager I am required to create, develop, & maintain long-term relationships with customers & clients. Originally I came into the company as an Associate Account Manager and within three months moved into an Account Manager role. As an account manager I am required to manage a landscape & snow removal portfolio in excess of 1.5 million dollars. Manage, schedule, & direct large and small scale crews across multiple job sites. Review & analyze job budgets, as well as, proactively identify, pursue & present opportunities for ancillary sales or services. We also ensure safety standards are being upheld on a consistent basis.Client retention & meeting are of utmost importance. This allows for us to determine scope of work, goals & expectations, as well as, lead & facilitate or assist in resolution of customer problems or concerns. This in turn ensures account & contract renewals within client portfolio and provides future opportunities & success.

Currently, I am a part-time stunt & tumbling coach. I originally was employed as a full-time tumbling director where in I was required to manage core tumbling staff. Through group discussion and self education new curriculum/standards were formed/installed. This position requires good interpersonal skills in order to teach & train athletes from youth to collegiate levels. On multiple occasions I was required to lead course instruction with up to 120 athletes in attendance. This position always requires direct contact with clients, ensuring client retention & happiness. Additional required skills include; first aid, emergency response, and facility design & construction.
