Responsible for counting the daily cash sales by each employee throughout the day, accounting for all transactions in an excel sheet and creating a weekly cash deposit to US Bank each week typically between $500 and $1000• Issued weekly $25 default fees for all Intramural Sports teams who fail to show up to their games • Tracked the payments of default fees between Excel and the Intramural Leagues database to ensure that teams are properly notified of their penalty in accordance with Recreational Sports policies in a timely manner and that additional penalties are enforced if the fees are unpaid
