Began as a front end collector calling second mortgage accounts less than 30 days delinquent. In six months promoted to back end collector having ownership of a portfolio of greater delinquent accounts. For the last 2 years worked as an ownership agent for FNMA first mortgage in loss mitigation, with combined collections and processing depending on if a given account in my portfolio was actively in loss mit review. Duties include collections, loan processing, while in front end collections acted as temporary team lead assisting my manager with managing and training 15 new hire part time agents, maintained Excel spreadsheet to track monthly goals and individual/team progress toward meeting them, experienced with FNMA loans.
