This is my first year with Westtown school and I am looking to help build and develop the boys varsity soccer program over the next few years. I help with the recruitment and retention of student athletes and the overall coaching and management of the boys soccer program.

Managing the the clubs seasonal training programs. This includes but is not limited to; marketing & promotion, programs curriculum, coach education, staffing and scheduling, program budgets, online content, player registration, ordering equipment and general program oversight. - Little Player Program (3-5 yrs)- First Touch Training (5-8 years)- Overtime Training (Small Group Training U9s - U12s Travel & Rec)- Soccer Camps (Winter, Spring Break & Summer)

Developing a training program that supplements travel team activity. This program is specifically for our most promising young players in the U9 - U12 age brackets. It is now open for players in surrounding travel programs to participate.

The soccer camp promotion and management of the camp programs. Duties include but are not limited to; camp dates, field locations, registration, curriculum, equipment, staffing and the active management and oversight.

Duties include developing and managing a coaching structure for the Club, supervising player training and player development curriculum implementation and delivery and ownership of the Club’s mission to develop every player to its fullest potential. (Working specifically with the senior players in the U15 - U18 age bracket.)

Involved with all aspects of running a competitive college soccer program. Including but not limited to; the recruitment and retention of student athletes, practice and training, game day management, schedule and budget, travel arrangements and equipment, off season training programs, academic tracking and group study halls. - Capital Athletic Conference Finalist “08” - ECAC Post season tournament

US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP) provides high-level training to benefit and enhance the development of players at all levels and develops a mechanism for the exchange of ideas and curriculum to improve all levels of coaching. Highly-skilled players identified through the ODP program may earn opportunities to compete at Regional or National levels.

Professional Youth and Reserve player with St Mirren FC for 3 years. Playing in the Scottish Pro youth league and the BP Cup.
