Involves liaising with build and test technicians in order to achieve goals within a set timeframe. This role requires knowledge of the operation of dynamometer and test cell equipment, along with an in depth understanding of combustion engine principles from both mechanical and electrical/engine ECU calibration and control aspects.Use and understanding of software including INCA, EFI Technology and Cosworth Pi software for ECU data acquisition and data analysis. Alongside production sign off, development testing is also occasionally required, with which testing repeatability, accuracy and data collection is essential.
