* Promoted to Billing Coordinator in August 2013* Ensuring accurate billing for customer deliveries for 35 separate Grocery sites in North and South Dakota, and Montana. Success is measured at 95 to 100% accuracy, and has been maintained since assuming this role.* Responsible for billing for Ellsworth, Minot, and Grand Forks Air Force Bases, including meeting their special needs for their paperwork and delivery orders, including item counts, load controls, and invoicing.* Performed analysis for management utilizing Excel software on the handling of “Rev” products (Product not in DC) during a given week from Order Selectors, to Loaders; citing number of pieces and time handled. This resulted in new policies and procedures for Rev in our DC to smooth operations, reduce order errors, and save overhead costs by keeping the DC on schedule.* Employed as an Assistant Supervisor to 50,000 square foot Distribution Center with the primary duties to respond to customer querys for add-on orders, dispatch, and proper utilization of human assets at the DC to complete these tasks. Each given day would see anywhere from 7 to 14 daily deliveries, with an average size of 30-40,000 pounds of product.* Utilizing Red Prarie logistics software to place Order Selectors in their correct jobs based on the needs of the DC at that time, including Cleanup, Order Selection, Maintenance, Loading, and Job Change. This helps to keep the Order Selectors within their production goals, as pertaining to their union contract.* Set up the daily shift in regards to properly crewing assets in the various departments for the day, ensuring completion of assigned work for the day. Utilized AS-400 software to activate orders for the Vocollect system for order picking, assigning dock locations for outgoing shipments, and other day to day management of the shipping schedule for the day.

* Plans, organizes, and conducts research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law or business, etc. in support of an IT initiative.* Searches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, statistical records, and other sources of information. May use Internet, Intranet, magazines, periodicals, journals, and other media to perform research.* Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals using Crystal Dashboard software.  This includes developing skill sets in database management via SQL, and XML in order to understand how the process is working behind the scenes to provide solutions for client needs.

* Support the supply chain as the primary shipping support for seven departments – comprising of five hundred users; including assisting in billing issues between NGS and the shipping vendor.  Interfaced with Fed Ex and UPS to save shipping costs to the organization, resulting in a reduction of $180,000 per year in shipping expenditures.* Manage Logistics Operations covering four sites, including an analog tracking system for all incoming parcels requiring constant supervision and collaboration with management to provide an organized solution for large-scale project supply orders resulting in implementation of new policies for mail room operations and parcel distribution throughout the campus, resulting in the creation of a web-based shipping system for the organization.* Research on streamlining supply chain processes resulting in savings of a significant amount of company overhead, which resulted in the establishment of a long-term contract between our freight vendor and the multi-million dollar SSA contract, saving thousands of dollars in costs and lost revenue.

Managed a team of a 20-25 individuals across three divisions, supporting the 3500 to 4000 person annual event.Projects managed included procurement of personnel, maintaining operations inside a defined budget, and providing back-end support in logistics management. Promoted to the Board of Directors for Anime USA's corporate management structure in 2006, tasked with maintaining the convention's integrity and non-profit status. Responsible for approval of new management assets and setting budget for each year's event. Annual budget was between $180,000 and $190,000 per year.
