I have 20 + years of relevant work experience working in Trinidad, St. Vincent and the UK. Experience includes overseeing of all construction, assessment and design of Engineering structures. Primarily involved in inspection and assessment of existing structures, designing and managing design teams, contributing to the planning process for new works, managing materials, labor and cost control for heavy construction project.Experience has been gained on projects ranging from residential, commercial, industrial, and community developments. Construction of highways and roads contracts, ports/marine structures, dredging/land reclamation and coastal defenses construction. In addition to, utilities and structures design schemes, including structures inspections (general/principal) for all highway structures (bridges, retaining walls, sign gantries etc). All backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions
