My role is Candidate Manager at Anders Elite, Leeds, dealing with professionals in the construction industry. Whilst my core focus is on roles including Management in the residential construction sector. I am adaptable enough to fulfill any roles required in the construction industry.My main aim at Anders Elite is to develop a strong relationship with my candidates, to fully understand the most effective way I can offer a solution. Without a strong relationship, including a high level of trust, comes the possibility of miscommunication and false information being passed over. By taking enough time to understand the requirements and needs of candidates, the best solution can be found in a minimal amount of time. I take great interest in helping all of my candidates and I am more than willing to go out of my way to provide assistance wherever possible.Primarily, we are here to offer a service, to help maintain quality and on going work flow, however, we're more than you think we are.

working for the NHS overseeing a transitional period due to cutbacks in the public sector, this requires me to work with minimal day to day supervision supporting the transition resource teams activities.
