I was responsible for the Merchant Acquiring Programme covering the £1M technical and operational programme to rollout chip and PIN technology in the UK. Required to: - • Design and implement a testing and certification process for business customers including BP and Sainsbury.• Working with APACS to develop business best practise guidelines for Chip and PIN Technology.

Supported the creation of A&L's business case to introduce Chip and PIN technology.
