Beleza has a small team, which means despite my 'official' title of Administration Assistant, I do many, many things. My current role includes:- Sales meetings with school leadership- Responding to any and all emails from schools, parents or organizations.- Onboarding new schools or assisting with updates to current clients' uniform range- Creating Storyboards/Catalogues using Illustrator and Photoshop to show clients their potential new items- Accounts Payable - Organizing and Record Keeping- Payroll Management- Re-designing the website and adding several new features to help the business move forward- Creating invoices- Retail Store assistance (MYOB in particular)- A dozen other things you'd expect from an administration team member

A small trading card business that requires dealing with both local and international suppliers, creating social media content, and performing live videos on a regular basis. Soon to focus more on artist initiatives related to current goods. Some key skills include:- Website creation using WordPress- Facebook marketing - content creation and campaign management- Performing live videos- Updating stock, researching upcoming trendsThis was a lockdown hobby site to test the waters of starting a business, as many people probably started doing during Covid! It taught me a lot about running a business, and may be something I return to in the future should I have actual funds to start it properly (as I started this with no initial funds, it was never going to succeed enough to be a full time thing)

On call substitute teacher. Working within any subjects that need a substitute, dealing with any students between year 7 to year 12. Some skills this has helped me gain include:- Public speaking- Adapting my communication style to suit a variety of needs- Flexibility, adaptability and improvisation- Thicker skin - kids love to test their substitutes!

An online English language education website selling IELTS training to international students.• Create and maintain social media channels - primarily YouTube.• Create full, detailed posts for Facebook and YouTube based on competitor and individual research.• Competitor Analysis on all social media platforms• Set up a fully optimized YouTube account• Created a highly detailed report of YouTube competitors and their techniques• Created optimized YouTube copy for content currently in production, including complete copy and tag list.• Completed Keyword Research• Made several graphics using Photoshop• Created a presentation of all findings, including competitor research and ideas on how to move forward

Worked in Homewares, Toys and Electronics department. Assisted customers by answering questions, keeping the store organised and learning about new products as they came in. Also assisted in stocktake, new staff supervision along with some training.
