As a Residence Advisor, I have supported residents within the UBC Student Housing community through their experience at UBC with individual programming and one-on-one conversations. Working in a team with six other advisors, we administratively plan and collaborate together to plan team events in our community and ensure that residence life standards are being upheld.

Working with UBC CAPACity (Creative and Passionate about Cities) for three years, I have worked in three different roles. In my first year, I joined the Events Team as an Events Coordinator, where I worked with the team to logistically plan, advertise, and execute events for the wider UBC community to participate in in order to grow the field of Urban Planning at UBC.In my second year, I became the club's Vice President where I took a more administrative approach to the club, helping to manage the club's three teams, Communications, Engagement and Partnerships, and Events. I also helped plan social events for our club members and executives as well as spearheading recruiting for our executive team throughout the year.In my third year, I became the Co-President of the club, to which I now oversee the club administratively and operationally. l, along with my other co-President, plan and run all of the club meetings, address any concerns within the club, help manage all club finances, oversee all of the teams, and build relationships with other clubs and the Alma Mater Society, UBC's student union.Over my time with the club, I have led and worked on multiple projects which include Amazing Race-esque transit challenges, urban planning careers and trivia nights, GIS workshops, City Council debates centered around housing and transportation at UBC, and our club’s signature design challenges, which have targeted topics such as reimagining the future of UBC public transportation and student housing developments.

As a Product Marketing Intern at Minivillage, I have the opportunity to work closely with different teams to drive the go-to-market strategy for our innovative product, specifically geared towards integration on the UBC campus. I contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and support product launches with compelling messaging and content. My role also involves analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to guide future initiatives.

As an Overnight Program Coordinator for UBC Future Global Leaders, I worked, along with the UBC Camps administration team, to plan and execute the UBC Future Global Leaders program, an overnight university-prep program for high school students. As Activity and Transportation Portfolio lead, I collaborated with various campus and community partners to coordinate and plan activities all across Vancouver and the corresponding transportation necessary. Working directly with my fellow coordinators, we oversaw a staff team of twenty-five and served as a direct supervisor, supporting our staff and students 24/7. We also served as a resource for inquiries received both over the phone or during in-person to participants and their families throughout the program.

As a Camp Instructor with UBC Camps, I led and supervised participants aged 5-18, facilitating engaging recreational activities while fostering inclusivity and positivity. I implemented rigorous safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all attendees and maintained transparent communication with parents to address any concerns effectively. Crafting tailored five-day lesson plans, I ensured each camper experienced a structured and enriching program. In my role as a Program Monitor with Future Global Leaders, I provided round-the-clock supervision, enforcing rules to create a secure learning environment. By fostering positive relationships and serving as a mentor, I promoted a culture of respect and accountability among students.
