I am currently a Mentor and the Lead of the Certified Community with Positive Approach to Care. Before that I spent over 15 years working in healthcare mostly as a physical therapist assistant and a director of rehab for Summit Care Inc. Through those years I developed a passion for serving others and helping everyone I worked with reach their full potential. I especially grew close to working with those living with dementia. That lead me to start the journey of learning from PAC and becoming a Certified Independent Trainer, and Coach before I joined the PAC team as a mentor.
