CurrentLead and contribute to a team that is responsible for continuously delivering software to production systems through processes that are automated, governed and thoroughly tested. By leveraging best in breed tooling combined with custom integrations, we aim to help developers be more self-sufficient, encapsulate common patterns and practices into reusable building blocks, provide early advice and feedback on problems or security risks, and reduce friction caused by handoffs during deployment. ➜ Build, operate, and continuously improve a development ecosystem centered around Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies ➜ Accelerate the software development lifecycle through a calculated approach that favors simplicity through an emphasis on trunk-based development, heavy investment in automated testing, and utilizing feature flags to safely delivery new functionality to production ➜ Provide self-service abstractions that manage the complexity of OAuth2 authentication and authorization, application database access, delivery and security of network traffic, and more ➜ Ensure compliance with industry security standards such as FFIEC Cybersecurity Awareness Tool and CIS ➜ Foster a team-of-teams approach to problem solving by building consensus among separate disciplines using knowledge of industry best practices and tapping into experience from prior large-scale projects ➜ Participate in a center-of-excellence committee that aims to drive direction, establish and promote best practices, and educate the IT organization at large
