Strong passion and enthusiasm for technology and computing, involved in sharing ideas and coordinating events within a team of other highly motivated students. Completed my placement year with Oracle as a Junior Member of Technical Staff. This position allowed me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and learn new skills. It also allowed me to get hands-on experience with new and exciting technologies.Currently, I'm embracing my role as a Digital Content Creator at Queen's Students' Union, where I strategize and produce engaging digital content, ensuring consistent and innovative content across platforms. One of my proudest achievements is co-founding the ElevateNI Student Conference, where I serve as Chairperson. This platform is a testament to my commitment to student growth, innovation, and collaboration. ElevateNI Student Conference impact was recently recognized when we were honored with QUBSU's Best Student-Led Activity award.Proud to be on the Queen’s Computing Society committee serving as Vice-President where I express my leadership and team working skills by helping plan aspects of the society and uniting members within the committee. My position within the society allows me to further my public speaking skills by doing advertising for the society and executing talks for EEECS open days.Programming, learning new skills and broadening my knowledge on new technologies. I love researching and hearing about the fast pace and thrilling changes and adaptions to this ever-growing sector.
