Designed and built the new Computer Science BS degree and minor with a cybersecurity focus, which also led to the development of the Mathematics degree.

Grew the School of IT at Lake County from 80 students to over 400 and one full-time faculty to four. To help create this growth, I was also the PI, Co-PI, and local administrator of multiple federal grants to improve student success in Computer Science.An addition to the 8 programs in the School of IT, I was the campus Program Chair for Global Studies and Criminal Justice. By the time this role ended we grew student enrollment to support individual Program Chairs for each of the programs. Lake County became the second campus of Ivy Tech (18 campuses total) to offer the full Computer Science program on-site, while serving a majority of African-American, and Hispanic students.

- Implementation of TAACCCT grant for providing data center hands-on experience for students throughout Indiana in 8 IT degree programs for 20,000+ students and 25 campuses- Direct the data center and classroom builds at 25 campuses- Develop online guidance and advising tools- Direct Instructor Training and certification with IT business partner Academies including CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, EC Council, RedHat, VMWare, Android, Amazon, C++ Institute, Google, Python Institute- Chair Statewide IT Employer Advisory Board and help build campus IT Advisory Boards and improve student employment to over 70% and goal of 90% by 10/2018.- Work with IN DOE on K12 dual credit pathways and instructor credentials- Develop interstate and federal IT education partnerships and grants- Direct Statewide IT Competition - Manage and develop cloud based course labs on private Netlab/VMWare system
