Price, transportation costs, payment terms and prior sold materials all come into play when deciding where to sell things.-Manage and seek out new relationships for existing and new materials with consumers-Assist account representatives with account quotes and identification of scrap materials and profit margins -Negotiate prices/terms/material grading with consumers-Record keeping for all sold materials, settlement reports, pricing guides, and inventory-Responsible for transportation setup for all non-ferrous loads sent out, follow up on delivery, handle all load discrepancies and communication with consumers-Follow market trends through publications, continuing education events, and scrap metal forums held across the country
