Some of my other responsibilities include;• Attending at initial consultations with clients and preparing the documentation for matters to be heard before the District Court & the High Court.• Drafting and preparing Affidavits.• Scheduling, filing and organising files upon the closing of a transaction.• Advising clients from Ireland and abroad on matters of family law and personal injury cases.• Completing standard emails and letters on behalf of the firm to other solicitors.• Undertaking legal research.
