Currently working as a Bid Manager at BAE Systems Australia. I have experience in Capture working on bids ranging from $5m to $200m in value. I successfully managed teams from 10-20 people as a Graduate Bid Manager throughout the BAE Systems Graduate Program as well as provided support to campaigns in domains such as Maritime, Aerospace, Weapon Systems and High Frequency Surveillance. I have worked as a Graduate Project Manager within the Electronic Warfare domain. I successfully managed a project team of 12 people to expand our capability for support to our customer. I have also undertaken a rotation in Strategy where I conducted market analysis, participated in M&A activities and helped manage the development of BAE Systems Australia strategic documents.
